Hi! I’m Tom. I work as a Technician in the hospitality industry for over 8 years now. I’m good at fixing things, and I’ve learned a lot about working with others.

I’m a bit quiet, but I enjoy my job and the people I work with. I like that every day is different and there’s always something new to learn.

I’m pretty good at English, but sometimes I get nervous speaking it when I’m under pressure.

 

I am a crucial part in helping other departments work more smoothly. Whether it’s the housekeeping department, front office, main kitchen, or food and beverage department, they all rely on the building equipment and assets that are under my responsibility to be ready for use at all times.

I fully support my colleagues in the department, both in terms of tools and equipment, as well as sharing accumulated knowledge and experience so that everyone can handle various problems effectively.

I prioritize the concerns of users first and foremost. Even if the problem arises from careless use, I am ready to provide service with understanding and give advice on proper usage. Furthermore, I recognize that improper design and installation can also be a cause of equipment damage. Therefore, I am open to feedback from all sides to improve my work even further.
